Countdown to fly!

I can’t believe we will be in Geneva in five days. The Minnesota summer has flown even faster than its usual lightning speed. I have been nose down in book editing mode for so long I just came up for air in time to start packing. The good news is the book manuscript is done, pending of course comments from our kids who have opinions about the stories they appear in.

While I’ve focused on editing, Calvin has been updating our marriage workshop/seminar materials for the weekends we have scheduled to present in Germany. He has also created a new marriage related blog page on the new website—just click on “Table Blog” to read those.

Prayer support is really appreciated as we head into our 2nd mission to Germany. The first week will be catching our breath and catching up on our sleep while seeing some sights in France, with a two-day drive around Mount Blanc that takes us into Switzerland and Italy. Then we head to Germany. Calvin is staffing a Marked Men for Christ weekend near Stuttgart mid-September and the last weekend of the month we will present our first marriage seminar.

All this activity is both exciting and a bit terrifying. We don’t know what God is up to but it is stretching us both. Stay tuned!
